We are Jake & Macie Van Bueren. We have been capturing weddings for six years together. We capture cinematic shots, and dynamic, powerful storytelling, we love capturing couples love stories. We film and photograph because we enjoy capturing life's beautiful moments and cannot emphasize how timeless your memories are. We will be there through the tears, laughs and real life moments capturing your memory's for a lifetime of enjoyment.
Our Story
Jake and Macie were married in July of 2019, and know how exciting a couples wedding day is. The friends, family, and all the love they bring overwhelms every couple with so much happiness! They also know how quickly it goes by, and how incredibly enjoyable it is to see that love in a video to relive one of the most powerful, and important days of a couples life together. This is the reason we capture weddings and create beautiful videos to remember your day. It is so easy to forget and that is why Jake and Macie treasure their wedding film. Many of those memories would be lost without their film.
Jake and Macie’s love story actually started at a wedding. Jake was the videographer and Macie was tearing up the dance floor as a guest. Soon after many dates and long, studious nights, Jake received his Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs and Macie received her Bachelor’s of Arts from Colorado Mesa University. With their combine skill sets, Jake and Macie make a perfect team when it comes to filming weddings. Jake finds himself set in the technical side of composure and lighting as well as ways to perfect smooth, timeless footage; while Macie loves creating dramatic, artistic shots that they later make a memorable, dramatic and yet timeless wedding story, personalized for every couple.
